Yep I own him in one league and had budgeted higher to be safe. Probably both sides have a good reason to do this. Vegas may feel that he will regress partially at least to his norm given an abnormally high shooting percentage last year. He may feel that he can get a mega contract with another 40, (even 30) goals and 70 plus points. Vegas reduces its risk but he can put them in a tough spot with another great season.
