They can't send a lot, but it might be enough for some e-mail providers to temporarily blacklist capwisehockey.com, which is why you may not be getting PM notifications. At this point I'm going to re-code our website on a new system, as I just can't seem to patch the old system (Joomla). Need a bit of time, but there will be no downtime, I pinky promise.
