I just think if they were really trying they would have come in with a stronger offer. It looks like they came in at the max amount of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd compensation but didn’t want to go to the next level. Do they have to pay out the $21M in the next month? I thought it was just over the next year and the first year was like $11M.

1st full basketball game I watched in my life, I became a band wagoner. I love the city of Toronto, just normally hate their sports teams. I justify this band wagoness and am able to live with myself by deducting that the Raptors are not just a Toronto team but indeed Canada's team !
