Logan's Losers
Not really retiring but will be on LTIR until contract is done

James
For our league's purposes, it's a retirement. Which means he'll be released at no charge from any team that owns him. If you own him, please drop him on Fantrax. i've already taken care of the spreadsheets.

leevaughn
Man .. Hard to believe this guy has played with some of the best from an era gone by. Yzerman, Federov, Hull, Shanahan, Manny Legace, Robitaille, Schneider, Chelios Hasek , Cujo. Datsyuk and Lidstrom more currently. Fuckin detroit has been amazing over the years. Sad that we won’t get a chance to see Zetterberg for one more season, and that he won’t be able to mentor all the young guys in the twilight of his career. Seems that’s always been part of the model in Detroit. Edited September 15, 2018 by RegDunlop
Bagwell
Are they circumventing the cap? Dude's back is messed up. Hard to argue with that. Although, last season's 82 games might be suspicious.

Although, last season's 82 games might be suspicious. They are circumventing the cap because they are putting him on LTIR and he will not "officially" retire (even though he is). This creates more cap flexibility by listing him as LTIR than retired. Similar thing to Franzen. Everyone knows they are never playing again due to injury but they are listed as LTIR.

Keep em on their toes. hahahaha 1
barrett
One of the best WJ goalies. But ultimately nothing at the pro level.
