byz Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 Hey all, don't have a look at the previous topic in this forum because it definitely hasn't been a year since I found a fix for wonky PMs. I've been in school, ok?? I switched our server e-mail platform to an external program called SendGrid. They're well-known in the digital marketing world and so far the integration with our server is flawless. What does this mean? When you receive a PM notification from our forum, it'll now look like so: There should be no more delay in notifications or e-mails getting rejected by Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo/etc. servers as sendgrid.net has a much higher reputation than ours. Still testing, but I don't expect any issues. Because we're still using the @capwisehockey.com domain, your e-mails may still be sent to your junk mail inbox. Simply mark one as "not spam" and they'll be delivered to your main inbox again. If your experience is at all different from the above, please let me know!
