OlDirtyBoogey
Which team looks the strongest from the all star selections? The Metropolitan reminds me of the '96 USA Dream Team! They probably have the weakest defense, but amazing forwards and goaltending. My ranking goes: Metropolitan Atlantic Central Pacific

James
Central, Metro, Pacific, Atlantic, in my opinion. Pacific is very good, but I think the Metro's goaltending puts them ahead. Central is pretty insane if everyone is healthy.
fukufuji
Honestly its too close to call. The only thing I can be sure about is Atlantic's forwards put that team last and Metro's forwards alone make me want to put them first. Central is probably best all around team. Pacific that goaltending is meh Edited January 12, 2017 by fukufuji
knobert
Pffft........... the pacific all the way since when is an allstar team about goaltending, a shooter tutor (Mike Smith) is all you need.

OlDirtyBoogey
What were your opinions on John Scott last year? We're you hoping for another similar pick this year? I thought it was cool at first during voting, but the more hype it got the more annoying it became. I heard they considered making a movie about it at one point
RegDunlop
Isn't "Goon" pretty much the John Scott movie? The Scott thing was fun, but part of what made it fun is that he triumphed despite the NHL doing everything they could to stand in his way. It'd be pretty hard to repeat that kind of story, I think. Bagwell
Offense Central Metro Pacific AtlanticDefense Atlantic Central Pacific MetroGoaltending (this is tough, but I'll go off this year) Metro Central* Atlantic* Pacific *close call
Salros
I'm joining the group picking the Central #1 overall. Then, for me it goes #2 Atlantic, #3 Metro, #4 Pacific but third and fourth are so close, it's a tough call.
austeane
5 of 7 metro forwards are first overall picks. Plus second overall pick Malkin. Nobody else has more than one.
Bagwell
Other first overall picks: Alexandre Daigle, Nail Yakupov, Patrik Stefan, Erik Johnson, Rick DiPietro, Chris Phillips....haha, jk.
James
Kane and Mackinnon were both 1st overall, right? Still an interesting point. So many top picks in one division
