Must admit I did not think the Canadians were going to be very good this year, but I am impressed tonight. Fast, good positionally, Price playing solid, so they may surprise this year.
Murray, 10 goals so far thru 5 periods, know they are not all his fault with some poor defensive coverage, but geez you gotta play a lot better.

I am doubtful there will be any suspension for Marchand. Not a smart move, but just don’t feel it’s worthy of a suspension. Just my 2 cents

Who do do you believe in this fairy tale ending of Patches in Montreal? Seems someone is not telling the truth as both stories cannot be correct.
I seriously doubt he will resign in Vegas and will gladly go to UFA and sign with the team that offers the best deal or location he prefers.
A pretty good return for a for a one year rental player, with a good prospect a draft pick and unfortunately a salary dump (Tatar).

Seems like the going rate for a top 4 offensive defenseman. I would say this could be a bargin if Hanifin really performs in Calgary and if he gets 1st line PP time, he could really have a breakout season for sure.

Salary cap will pretty much prevent Pgh from making any moves to acquire someone like Faulk, unless they can move a similar AVV. It’s now up to Rikola and Chad R to fill the defensive gap unless Schultz returns.
Big I loss on the PP, as he was their best shooting defenseman on the PP.
