The Canadiens are a lot better than many of us thought they'd be. Still need an elite centre. But finding a their PP in March would be great timing to make a playoff run!?!?
if that powerplay ever clicks at around 20% . what is their limit?
I also think that the Elite Center theyve been looking for is actually Playing. he just needs 1-2 more season. And I dont think any Elite C are Availble
Maybe Getzlaf but the guy is WAY to slow... Maybe Duchene as a stop gap? and By that I mean when he hits Ufa Not paying anything at the TDL -
thats a bummer because Montreal had the controle over that game. but yeah 3v3 skills owns hardwork . this mtl pp needs to get goin

Theyre by far the worst team in the nhl.
Does getlaf and perry move? Is there any value in perry to be honest...
8goals for vs 37 ga in last 0-7 stretch
How do they still have a coach?

So tonight is the night. this forum has been dead. Any die hard Leaf/habs fan around want to watch the game with discord? or even in a bar ? Im in Northshore of Montreal area( st-jerome)
this will be an Epic game. If montreal wins this Both leafs and habs media are going nuttttttttttsssssssssss -
Lockout incoming!
I like that team are going the 5 year route
-
every habs fans dream to play the leaf in 1st round, every leafs fan have nightmares about that
-
-
I think the leaf are in the right direction Gritty hockey is over. at least slow pace gritty hockey like the early 2010s Bruins is over.
That beeing said Leafs Defense isnt really good. As a habs fan this is hilarious to watch
-
better team better 5on5 opportunity
same pptoi since he was already pp2 in LA
the best thing as a muzzin owner is that he might extend for cheaper in a winning team
-
pretty good addition , im not too sure how good defensivly he is ? stats wise beside this year he looks like a petry type of D. good move
-
safest to keep going the same pace would be Couture tho
-
but it could go any possible way baring any injury Id say theres a 70% chance that the best this year vs the worst is less than 7pts
-
Logan Couture Close around 70pts this year dials back to a 60-65 3 yr projection
Cam Atkinson. you dont get more streaky guy than this one. 2 years ago he was On pace like this year and crashed down, I say similar number to Couture this year . goes back to 55ish point avg on the next 3yr
Jeff Skinner around 70pts again but he has cooled down. Id say hes a 60-70pts guy ( depending where he lands and how much TOI he gets there)
Id go
Skinner = Couture
Atkinson would be my last choice

No deal on that, but if they did and then Arizona offer sheet Matthews, wow!!!
That b a nice 30million for 4 shoulders hoping 2 can be healthy at any given time XD

I mean everything has a price tho

Lets just quick chat here for fun
Hows this
Mcdavid
Vs
Keller
Oel
Dvorak
1st
-
That defense is horendous . Talbot is bad koskinen been bad for a while. They have no depth past mcdavid draisaitl rnh. The only quick fix is trading one of the big 2 . The problem ia they have no cap space and they xabt even bring back sekera ... no cap....
-
Im no oilers fan but ... ABOUT TIME . He just destroyed this franchise. Hall + eberle+barzal+vs adamn larsson after its all said and done... he did clear space by tradin hall and eberle to free up space for that great milan lucic signature

victor rask vs el nino? discuss

With Seattle coming in, the NHL should go to a different playoff format.
It would work great with eight divisions of four teams each (four in each conference). Four division winners get the top four seeds in each conference and then there are four wild cards.
Divisions would work nicely as:
WEST
1. Seattle, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary
2. San Jose, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Vegas
3. Arizona, Colorado, Dallas, Nashville
4. Winnipeg, Minnesota, Chicago, St. Louis
EAST
1. Florida, Tampa Bay, Carolina, Washington
2. Columbus, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia
3. Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Boston
4. Buffalo, NY Rangers, NY Islanders, New Jersey
Play each team in your division six times = 18 games
Play each team in one other division in your conference four times = 16 games (division would rotate on a three-year cycle like the NFL).
Play every other team in the league twice = 48 games
Total: 82 games
Seems to make too much sense not to work for me. Thoughts?
i like it
Jake Allen got a shutout!
